Sankhuwasabha incident: Postmortem of 6 persons was done

A post-mortem of six members of the same family who were brutally killed by an unidentified group in Kholagaun of Madi Municipality-1 of Sankhuwasabha has been conducted on Wednesday.


His body was brought to BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences last night. The deceased have been identified as Parbata Karki, 84, son Tej Bahadur Karki, 58, daughter-in-law Kamala Karki, 52, granddaughter-in-law Ranjana Karki, 32, daughter-in-law Dipen Karki, 11, and daughter-in-law Goma Karki, 7.


It is said that it will take a few days for the post-mortem report to come. The bodies of six people were cremated at Budhikhola in Itahari on Wednesday.
