Amendment of Nepal-India Railway Service Agreement is welcome: Chamber

Nepal Chamber of Commerce has welcomed the amendment of the Nepal-India Railway Service Agreement. In a statement issued on Sunday, the chamber said the rail service amendment would be a milestone in trade and transit.

Rajendra Malla, chairman of the chamber, said that the amendment of the railway service agreement would help Nepal's foreign trade. He said that the agreement would reduce the transportation cost and make Nepali products more competitive.

The Chamber is confident that the understanding between the two countries will help in balancing the foreign trade.
